Friendship, first love, rising fame, horrifying secrets, and pain all fuel together as two teenagers from the opposite side of the tracks collide in Keeping 13, the concluding story for Johnny and Shannon.

Chloe Walsh is a favourite author, binding13 and keeping13 which is the boys of tomman series is a series I fell in love with.

When I seen Chloe Walsh had brought these out I was quick to buy and devoured them , I literally couldn’t stop reading them when I finished my first thoughts were just WOW!!! How the hell am I going to review these??? Well I’ve waited a bit for reviewing them as I just couldn’t get my thoughts together, I think I have re-read binding13 and keeping13 about 4 times now and I still don’t know how to review them.

Binding 13 and Keeping 13 totally captured my heart, I absolutely love these books, they made me laugh, cry my eyes out and laugh some more even out loud. I’m serious when I say I couldn’t put them down and had a bump on my forehead to prove it when I was first reading them ( yeah don’t read while walking and if you do look out for lamp posts), I also got funny looks while reading these at the beach having a hot chocolate in cafe for laughing out loud. Anyways back to the review…. I love how Chloe Walsh always gets me hooked on the characters in her stories and drags me way from real life and all my trouble’s , I forget everything around me and escape into the book.

Shannon’s character broke my heart, she is a broken soul, timid and highly emotional and will bring your emotions out, I found her so strong and loyal and couldn’t help fall in love with her character.

Johnny’s character makes me totally swoon, he’s the popular rugby player from the academy and a star!!!, he’s every girls dream ( yes even mine) and he’s totally gorgeous. He’s the captain of the rugby team and popular among his peers. I love Shannon and Johnny’s characters and was always swooning with him.

I have to mention Gibsie’s character, he is hilarious and was always making me laugh (and sometimes laugh and spray my cuppa everywhere) I absolutely love him and hope to see more of him in the future, he had me laughing and crying with laughing. One of my favourite quotes from Gibsies charcter…..

“I’m in the same car as you, asshole,” Gibsie growled. “I can clearly hear your conversation. What do want me to do? Stick my head out the window and bark at the traffic like a dog?”

I think I loved every character in these books, I love Shannon, Johnny, Gibsie, Claire, lizzie, and even Shannon’s brothers (secretly not so patiently waiting for joey’s story).

Binding13 and keeping13 have everything one minute I was crying and the next I was laughing out loud, you feel everything with the characters and I cant wait for more in the boys of tomman series.

Binding13 should be read first it comes with loads of emotion and just keeps on delivering to the very end of keeping13 this doesn’t end on a cliffhanger.

What did you think? Sound good? Its on kindle unlimited atm if I’ve intrigued you.
