HEY EVERYONE,
Can you believe its December today !!!
December is my favourite month and I’m sure many others love this month as well but I’m going to tell you why i love it…..
- Its my birthday month I turn TWENTY NINE on the 7th of December.
- I love the cold weather and always pray for some snow… i don’t think where i live has had a white Christmas for many years but here’s to hoping 🙂
- I love Christmas morning with the kids, the wrapping paper all over the floor and the kids being happy.
- I love christmas dinner… i mean thats a given lol .
- I love hitting the boxing days sales and grabbing some bargain’s.
So that’s why i love this month but i also have a little holiday not long after my birthday, I’m going to centre parcs with the family and the kids and I’m looking forward to sitting outside my lodge on the decking with a lovely coffee and my book, nice and early in the mornings. The lodge we have is right in the forested part and looks like its going to be freezing when I’m there but honestly i cant wait, you would think I’m the kid lol.
Another thing i wanted to post about before i go into my December TBR was about why I’ve been missing, when i first set up my blog i think i was only posting for a couple of weeks until life got in the way and i haven’t posted anything since the end of October, my anxiety struck really bad and it took a while for me to come out of it and pick myself back up … I’m also having health problems and have been in a lot of pain and just haven’t had the energy or the inspiration to post anything, i even thought about deleting my blog but when i came on to check my blog out i realised i still had all my lovely followers ( i thought that without posting i may have lost them) and want to thank you for still following me…… so thank you guys… you stopped me from deleting my blog which i would of regretted doing.
Anyways onto my December Tbr here’s what i plan on reading which may or may not happen, I’ve still been reading while i was missing and Karen Rose’s books really got my out of my funk.
POPPY WAR BY R.F. KUANG
Poppy War has been on my tbr for a while I’ve mentioned it in my previous WWW Wednesday post but with everything that has been going on i haven’t been able to read it yet, but honestly i cant wait to start reading it.
ASH PRINCESS BY LAURA SEBASTIAN
Again Ash Princess has also been on my tbr for a while and i have mentioned this before aswell, i managed to grab this book from my local library and it has been sitting on my bookshelf since.
SEVEN SLEEPLESS NIGHTS BY CHLOE WALSH
OOOOHHHH I’m so excited for this one as i love all of Chloe Walsh’s characters and this is a short story featuring some of them and apparently has a few surprises so i cant wait to start.
ILLUMINAE BY AMIE KAUFMAN & JAY KRISTOFF
I bought this a while ago and still haven’t read it , i have the first and third book and im thinking do i wait till i buy the second or do i read it and more than likely be forced to buy the second because i want more?
SIX OF CROWS BY LEIGH BARDUGO
I found this in a local library and thought it seemed liked something i would enjoy, i also seen some good reviews for this.
TO KILL A KINGDOM BY ALEXANDRA CHRISTIO
This was another that i got from my local library and honestly it really caught my attention.
CARAVAL BY STEPHANIE GARBER
I’ve wanted this book for a long time and now that i have im really looking forward to reading it, ive seen mixed reviews on this one some love it and some dont, im excited to see if i enjoy it.
before i finish this very long post im also thinking about starting a bullet journal does anyone else have one for there reading? i would love to check it out if you post about it.
So thats my long TBR list….
Have you read any of these?
What do you have on your December TBR?

That’s a nice TBR, I hope you’ll enjoy every book on it!
I want to start a bullet journal too, but I can find a journal that I like and also I’m useless at anything that involve art so I won’t be able to make it look nice so that’s putting me off 😦
I would love to read posts about yours if you end up making one!

Hope you are doing a little better with the health issues. Totally get the anxiety, I have it chronically myself and sometimes it just gets the best of you for a bit. Glad to see you back! Good luck with your December reading!
